We now have an opportunity for individuals to join the Perth team at the Executive level. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading corporate advisors in Australia and to develop your skills in a diverse range of industries.

Having worked within a professional services firm or corporate environment you will be involved in endtoend projects in relation to :

• Financial due diligence
• Sellside M&A services including Vendor assistance and Vendor due diligence
• IPO and Capital markets reporting
• Synergy assessment
• Sale and Purchase Agreement support
• Integration assistance

About you

Qualifications :

Degree in Commerce or Finance. Have completed or are in the process of completing your CA qualification.
