Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking an Administration Assistant to join QUT College, Education Portfolio, Academic Division.

English Language and University Entry Programs assist students to meet English and / or academic entry requirements for university degree programs, as well as to improve their English for personal, professional, or academic purposes.

You will demonstrate :
1. Education, training and / or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of an associate diploma level qualification with subsequent relevant experience.
2. Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality, client-focused service and administrative support.
3. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport, and engage with diverse cohorts.
4. Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to complete high-volume tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
5. Demonstrated digital literacy including the ability to productively use the Microsoft Office suite, and ability to learn organisation specific programs (e.g. SAMS, AskQUT, PRISMS).
