About the Role In this pivotal leadership role, you will work closely with senior executives to deliver effective compensation strategies and ensure compliance with all payroll obligations. You will lead a high-performing team and play a critical role in enhancing employee recognition and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Design and oversee remuneration frameworks and benefits programs to align with strategic goals. Manage payroll operations, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and internal policies. Lead the firm's recognition program, promoting employee achievements and milestones. Act as a trusted advisor on all payroll and remuneration matters. Develop and mentor a team of payroll and remuneration professionals to drive operational excellence. About You Proven experience in a senior leadership role within remuneration and payroll within a professional services environment or similar. Strong expertise in payroll systems and compliance with legislative requirements. A track record of delivering innovative reward strategies and managing complex payroll functions. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Experience in professional services or a similar corporate environment is highly desirable. Why Join Us?
