Yfoundations has served as the NSW peak body for over 40 years, providing a voice for children and young people at risk of and experiencing homelessness, as well as the services that provide direct support to them.

We aim to create a future without youth homelessness by providing a voice for children and young people experiencing and at risk of homelessness. We work collaboratively with service providers, NGOs, government departments and community members to provide research, sector development and policy advice, health projects and services for children and young people.

Yfoundations is seeking a Temporary Policy Officer who is available with an immediate start, to hit the ground running, and support the team across current and future projects that they are working on.

Personally, you will demonstrate commitment to work within The Y Foundations mission and values, resilience, adaptability and responsiveness.

You must also be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and be willing to undergo a police check and Working With Children Check.
