Join us in inspiring motion for life and shaping the future of mobility.About the roleAs the WHSE Officer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing safety programs, ensuring compliance with legislation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Your work will help prevent incidents, mitigate risks, and promote the physical and psychological well-being of our team.Key responsibilitiesEnsure compliance with WHSE legislation and internal standards.Develop, implement & maintain policies, procedures and training records.Ensure compliance with customer site requirements and contractor management.Conduct inspections, identify hazards, implement effective controls.Investigate incidents and support corrective actions.What are we looking for?Degree or Diploma in WHS, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).Strong knowledge of WHSE legislation and best practices.Excellent communication, training, and coaching skills.Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in safety management systems and reporting tools.Make a meaningful impact on the health and safety of your colleagues.Work in a supportive, inclusive, and safety-first culture.Additional 4 days of Wellness Leave per year & access to Employee Assistance ProgramPerformance bonus and 2% additional super above the Superannuation GuaranteeStaff incentives include paid parental leave (primary & secondary) & more!
