Job descriptionA solid working knowledge (7 years +) and understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model. Strong interpersonal skills (i.e., active listening, sensory acuity, and rapport building). Ability to lead and influence across Airservices' and move people towards a common vision / goal. Experience in high performing teams in technology intensive industries within complex and safety critical operating environments. Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and communications skills Demonstrated experience with working amongst a highly skilled and complex frontline workforce in an operationally safety critical environment Strong written and presentation skills with a proven track record of effectively and concisely communicating complex concepts to all levels of the organisation
