A leading government agency is seeking an experienced Change Communications Specialist for a 12 month labor hire term
As the Change & Communications Specialist, you will be tasked with taking a crucial role in numerous change and transformation projects across the agency. Strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaborating & the ability to lead and influence will be crucial for the success in this role.
A solid working knowledge (7 years +) and understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model.Strong interpersonal skills (i.e., active listening, sensory acuity, and rapport building).Ability to lead and influence across Airservices' and move people towards a common vision / goal.Experience in high performing teams in technology intensive industries within complex and safety critical operating environments.Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and communications skillsDemonstrated experience with working amongst a highly skilled and complex frontline workforce in an operationally safety critical environmentStrong written and presentation skills with a proven track record of effectively and concisely communicating complex concepts to all levels of the organisation
