• About the Role
• Develop comprehensive strategies and detailed plans for change, communications, and engagement in collaboration with program partners and team members.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of the program's changes, timelines, and rationales, and effectively communicate these to diverse stakeholders.
• Foster and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities and private enterprises.
• Coordinate efforts across internal and external teams to assess and support stakeholder readiness for change.
• About You
• Proven track record in developing clear communications content for diverse stakeholders using various channels.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale government ICT and / or complex data system programs.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both written and oral, with the ability to cultivate positive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in program priorities and direction.
