• What you'll do

Reporting to Operations Manager the role shall be primarily handling the daily operations functions within the centralised Liner Operations team in compliance with Inchcape, regulatory and customer requirements.

• Deliver and drive a positive customer service experience for all stakeholders
• Maintain relationships with principals, government departments and agencies, local authorities, and service providers
• Ensure compliant and timely delivery of required documentation, including clearances of vessel.
• Perform accurate and timely updates of Inchcape and principal systems or reports to meet principal's requirements
• Provide daily prospects / operational reports for each vessel voyage and communicate as necessary to stakeholders
• Identify areas of improvement
• Closely liaise with terminals, services providers to facilitate ships movements
