Retail Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them choose the right tyres and wheels for their vehicle while delivering quality service. You'll also handle day-to-day sales operations, process invoices, and assist with stock management using our digital systems.

• Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide expert advice on tyres, wheels, and related services
• Generate sales and meet individual and store targets
• Create and process invoices accurately using POS / computer systems
• Assist with showroom presentation and stock display
• Maintain product knowledge of tyre and wheel brands and specifications
• Support inventory control and stocktake processes
• Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up care

• Passion for the automotive industry
• Solid knowledge of tyres, wheels, and fitments (training provided if needed)
• Previous retail or automotive sales experience preferred
• Strong computer skills - ability to use POS, invoicing, and inventory systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
