At CBM Australia, our mission is to end the cycle of poverty and disability. Through our programs, technical advice, and advocacy, we help millions of people transform their lives each year. As Australia's only international development organisation focused on disability inclusion our work improves the quality of life of people with disabilities living in the poorest countries.
Partnering with local organisations we build and promote an inclusive world in which all people with disabilities enjoy their human rights and achieve their full potential.
We want someone unique! We want someone who is dynamic, resourceful, courageous, and energetic - someone who is creative and is keen to work with an amazing team to do essential work EVERY day; we want the whole package!
Working within the Public Engagement team, this role will contribute to the growth of the whole of CBM Australia by developing and leading the volunteer activities to support the work of the organisation. Coordinate, support, motivate and nurture our awesome hybrid volunteer team, who alongside you will work on our data, our mailing, our research and evaluation, our stories from the field and so much more, so that we can make a bigger difference. The role primarily engages volunteers living in Australia to develop long term and sustainable relationships, which will ensure we can provide administration, supporter nurturing, including prayer circles, and many other activities to support the delivery of programs.
