• The opportunity

We are seeking a suitably experienced and motivated professional to join our growing and freshly restructured Service Delivery team as a permanent, full-time Waste Disposal Officer. The primarily objective of the role is to provide a quality service to all residents and customers in regards to the provision of landfill attendant services at the City of Armadale Landfill and Recycling Facility

• The successful applicant must have
• Experience in landfill and recycling facility operations _(preferred)_
• Experience in safe operation and user maintenance of water trucks, hooklift trucks and tipper trucks _(preferred)_
• Experience in safe operation and user maintenance of waste collection vehicles _(preferred)_
• Knowledge of employee responsibilities regarding Work Health and Safety.
• Sound time management skills and a capacity to work with mínimal supervision.
• Be physically fit & enjoy working outdoors
• An ability to collaboratively work with and assist others
• Knowledge of waste transfer station operations _(preferred)_

You must possess a current 'C' Class Drivers Licence and produce a police clearance that is less than 3 months old.
