• Part-time Team Member
• to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Gosford NSW store. The position is for 22 hours per week, to train as a step up manager and with the flexibility to pick up additional hours as required.

As an integral member of the Gosford 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!

• As a 'Bestie' Retail Team Member, your role will include
• Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
• Together with your team, create the 'Bestie' culture in store
• Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
• Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
• Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
• Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
• As a 'Bestie' Retail Team member, you are recognised as someone who has
• 1-2 years' experience in retail
• Passionate about the customer experience
• Have a positive attitude - we can teach the rest!
• A willingness to learn and develop
