We're an established boutique practice that provides evidence-based assessment, diagnosis and therapeutic interventions for clients of all ages with diverse presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, perinatal mental health, eating disorders, and couples therapy.

Your responsibilities include :
Providing face-to-face psychological diagnosis and evidence-based therapy for a diverse range of client presentations.Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to your client needsWork in a collaborative way in our supportive team environment which includes participating in peer supervision, supporting each other and spending time together as a teamMaintain comprehensive clinical documentation and follow our practice processes to ensure we meet and exceed professional standardsYou'll benefit from high-quality supervision and clinical support from our Director Carmen and from the whole team. About You You are a passionate, Registered Psychologist who has at least 2-3+ years of experience working with a broad range of client presentations (ability to assess is beneficial but not required)You are focused on developing a clinical niche and love to learn and develop yourself, your knowledge and your career.You have a strong ability to build rapport quickly and develop therapeutic relationships and you are committed to evidence based practice to achieve meaningful client outcomes.You are willing to work 1-2 evenings per week and / or some Saturdays, to support your clients to see you outside of hours.And finally, you have a strong level of self-awareness and commitment to personal self care.This role has the ability to be flexible around your other commitments, which may be family, study or something else!
