Job descriptionConducting user research and creating user personas Support the Senior UX Designer to drive and deliver new and optimised user experiences that lead to customer success and delight, partnering closely with Product, Technology and Marketing Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions Participate in research, visual design exploration, workshops, ideation and usability testing Requirements A portfolio of relevant work that demonstrates your experience in UX design Strong understanding of user experience design principles Experience working with non-profit organisations is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with design systems and maintaining key artefacts such as style guide, re-usable libraries and templates
