Tavern ManagerHaynes LocationPermanent, Full-Time PositionOur client has successful venue with a Restaurant, Bar, and Bottle Shop section. They are currently looking for an experience Tavern Manager to join their business on a permanent basis.
- What will this position entail?
You will be responsible for managing the Restaurant, Bar and Bottle Shop. Some of the general responsibilities will include, however, not be limited to :
- Oversee all operations of the venue.
- Recruit, supervise and rostering of the front of house staff, kitchen staff and retail staff, including managing labour costs.
- Organising events and marketing.
- Managing inventory, pricing, purchasing and other financial functions including liaising with suppliers.
- Ensure an exceptional standard of customer service, food quality and hygiene with results focused output.
- What do you need to be suitable for this position?
- Previous venue management experience including understanding of bottle shop operations.
- Sound financial knowledge with the ability to managing pricing in restaurant and bottle shop.
- Strong leadership skills with strategies to create a fun, supportive and successful working environment.
- Computer proficiency with the ability to complete administrative tasks.
- Flexibility to complete overtime as required.
