As a Assistant Manager - Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations across key areas, including the bar, gaming, and TAB. Your leadership will ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality customer service while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily operations across bar, gaming, and TAB sections, ensuring all areas are running smoothly.Supervise and support staff, providing guidance to uphold exceptional customer service standards.Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures, including cash control, to ensure compliance across all operations.Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.Flexibility to work across varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.Rotating rosters offer an opportunity to develop expertise in all aspects of hotel management.Preferred food & beverage experience in a supervisor role.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have :
Proven management experience within a hotel or hospitality environment, ideally a minimum of 1 year management experience.Experience in a fast-paced venue is highly valued.Valid RSA, RCG, and Advanced RCG certificates.You must be a good team player as well as poses a high level of knowledge, expertise in the hospitality industry and be open to change..
