Medical Receptionist - Casual

Our client, is a well established and innovative GP Practice, offering excellence in patient care.

Currently they have an opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist join the team looking after 2 busy doctors. In this busy role you will need to think on your feet and confidently handle phones, patients and doctor requests simultaneously.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
• Managing patient payments, invoicing, billings
• Ordering offices supplies
• Orientation and training of new staff
• Daily banking
• Assisting the Practice Manager with adhoc duties

To be successful in this position you will have previous experience working in a medical specialist setting. You will be enthusiastic with a high standard of customer service care. You will thrive in a faced paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail.
