Job Description

About the role

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team in Whyalla SA on a permanent, full-time basis.

Reporting to the Whyalla SA, the role is responsible for maintaining Onsite assets on our customer sites.

Working across our diverse product range including access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps and more, your role will be to :

Carry out mechanical inspection, servicing and repairs across our product range in field (and in workshop as required)Ensure jobs are logged in our service module and all paperwork is completed dailyMonitor and record parts usageBuild and maintain strong working relationships with our customers

A mechanical trade qualificationCurrent driver's licenceSound diagnostic, fault finding and problem-solving skillsGreat communication skills with a strong customer service focusAbility to work unsupervised in fieldAbility to participate in on-call roster
