Customer Service Representative - Part Time
As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including :
Concierge and welcome callsMissed payments and early-intervention collectionsSimple customer service enquiriesSee Yourself in our TeamOur contact centre is open 7 days a week, 8am - 8pm. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.
We currently have permanent part-time (25 hours) positions available on either shift :
Monday - Friday, 3pm - 8pmTuesday - Saturday 3pm - 8pmPlease note, you must commit to this shift schedule for at least 12 months.

Start date : 24th February 2025Available to work from the South Eveleigh office once a fortnight, (work from the office up to 3 days per week during training).Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 3 weeks.Training will run Monday - Friday 9am - 5pmPlease note, we cannot provide any time off during the training periodThroughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model.
