The Role

Ideal for a senior physiotherapist with a passion for leadership, this role offers the opportunity to shape clinical standards, mentor a supportive team, and engage with the community. You'll manage a diverse caseload—including private, NDIS, TAC, WorkCover, DVA, and aged care clients—while enjoying the flexibility to pursue your clinical interests in a well-equipped clinic.

Job Type

Flexible (Part-time or Full-time, including evenings and Saturday mornings on a rotating roster)

Salary

57-$74 per hour inc superannuation, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership : Oversee and enhance the quality of physiotherapy services, ensuring best practices are upheld

Mentorship : Guide and support junior physiotherapists and allied health staff, fostering professional growth

Patient Care : Manage a diverse caseload, developing individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes

Collaboration : Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care

Continuous Improvement : Stay abreast of the latest research and integrate innovative approaches into practice

About You

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy5+ years' work experienceAustralian working rightsCurrent AHPRA registration and Victorian Working with Children CheckDriver's license with access to a reliable vehicleExtensive experience in a clinical physiotherapy settingProficiency in Clinical Pilates and Dry NeedlingSpecialised knowledge in Women's Health, including Antenatal and Postnatal PhysiotherapyDemonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to ongoing professional development
