Job descriptionAbout the Role Key Responsibilities Processing any deposits from Customers made directly into our Bank Account with remittance daily. Allocating customer payment and reconciliation. Processing Vendor invoices Allocating Foreign currency contract for Import purchases and Allocating Foreign currency payments Daily reconciliations of bank accounts Responsible for timely reports that are based on identified performance indicators, which demonstrates the effectiveness of your work area. Supporting month-end and year-end financial process Covering reception duties when needed Any other duties necessary to ensure the responsibilities of the role are executed. About You 3-5 years of experience in a similar role High proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage Strong attention to details, Excellent time management, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure Ability to work independently and in a team environment Full Australian Work Rights Applications APPLY button and upload your resume along with a cover letter.
