At INTIX, we're passionate about connecting sports fans with incredible experiences through seamless ticketing. As Account Executive you are a strategic partner to our key event organisers and clients, ensuring they maximise the value from their investment in the INTIX platform and achieve their event objectives.

This role is about building deep, enduring relationships, understanding our clients' business goals, and proactively guiding them through the full lifecycle of their journey with INTIX. You'll work to drive platform adoption, identify opportunities for growth, and advocate for their needs internally, ensuring they become long-term advocates and successful partners.

YOU WILL Strategic Account Management : Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of key INTIX clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.Onboarding & Adoption : Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring successful implementation, initial setup, and high adoption of the INTIX platform.Value Realisation & ROI : Proactively understand client business objectives and demonstrate how INTIX is helping them achieve desired outcomes and maximise their return on investment (ROI).Proactive Monitoring : Monitor client metrics (e.g., usage patterns, engagement, satisfaction) to identify potential risks or opportunities and intervene proactively.Retention & Expansion : Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for account expansion (upsell / cross-sell) by understanding evolving client needs and collaborating with the sales team when appropriate.Meet, and exceed, targets in client success, help them to get the most out of the system for their success.Advocacy & Feedback : Gather and represent client feedback internally to influence product development, marketing, and service improvements. Encourage clients to become advocates for INTIX (e.g., testimonials, case studies).Strategic Consultations : Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance, discuss upcoming initiatives, and reinforce value.Identify best practices and apply that to strategic consultations with all clients.Escalation Management : Manage and orchestrate internal resources to resolve complex client challenges, acting as the client's internal champion.Essential Requirements Experience : Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company with a strong understanding of the events industry.Communication : Exceptional consultative communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.Strategic Thinking : Proven ability to understand complex business needs, develop strategic solutions, and articulate value.Relationship Management : Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships at all levels.Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights for client success.Proactive Mindset : A highly proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong focus on driving customer value and retention.CRM Proficiency : CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing client relationships.Desirable Criteria While not essential, candidates possessing the following will be highly regarded :

Previous experience with ticketing platforms or event management software.Experience with Customer Success Platforms for monitoring and proactive engagement.Proven track record of driving renewals, expansions, and customer advocacy.Understanding of customer lifecycle management methodologies.Project management skills.Experience in presenting to executive-level audiences.A deep understanding of the event lifecycle and challenges faced by event organisers.
