We are looking for a dedicated and eager Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this supportive role, you will work closely with Commercial Lines Account Managers, assisting with the day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts and learning the intricacies of client management and complex insurance solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative and technical support to Commercial Lines Account Managers.
• Assist with processing policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and new business applications.
• Prepare and process insurance binders, certificates of insurance, and other related documentation.
• Gather necessary information for renewals and new business quotes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and data in the agency management system.
• Follow up on outstanding items with clients and carriers to ensure timely completion.
• Learn and understand various commercial insurance coverages and products.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the commercial lines department.
