How youll be making an impact in peoples lives :

• Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
• Designing and delivering meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence.
• Developing tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies.
• Identifying barriers and implementing practical evidence-based solutions.
• Navigating multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery.
• Collaborating with your clients their families medical teams employers and other key stakeholders.
