Position : High School and ATAR Tutors (Online and In-person)

• Responsibilities
• Create personalized learning plans tailored to each student's academic needs and goals.
• Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment to enhance student confidence and academic performance.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track their development over time.
• Communicate with students if they have difficulties with studies via text.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and the NP Tutoring team to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to student learning.
• Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and establish a positive learning environment.
• Passionate about education and committed to the success of every student.
• Flexibility to accommodate both online and in-person tutoring sessions, based on student preferences and needs.
• Availability to tutor during after-school hours and possibly weekends.
