Service Technician

Due to further expansion, we are currently seeking the services of a committed, fully qualified air conditioning technician to join our team to complement our existing service and warranty division.

• What you will be doing
• Carrying out the preventative and scheduled maintenance of heating and cooling equipment.
• Diagnosing malfunctions, faults and breakdowns of the machinery and perform necessary repairs.
• Warranty support.
• Contributing to the team's performance and capability by providing quality workmanship.
• Enhancing relationships and communication with both staff and customers.
• Providing technical support to the Sales Team when required.
• Working in a safe manner abiding by the company work health and safety policies.
• We are looking for someone who
• Has a Trade Qualification - Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration.
• Dual trade preferred (refrigeration / electrical restricted).
• Has excellent diagnostic & problem-solving skills and efficient time management.
• Holds a valid Driver's Licence.
• Has hands on experience with repairs, emergency breakdowns and maintenance on a variety of HVAC assets.
• The ability to work within a team or autonomously.
• Awesome communications skills for positive interaction with colleagues and customers alike!
