Planner

Due to significant growth after recently securing a number of major WA Infrastructure projects, Georgiou is seeking an experienced Planner to join our team.

What you're good at :

• Previous experience in a similar role within the civil construction industry
• Proven background in the programming of complex construction projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A high level of organisation and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Able to demonstrate working knowledge of Primavera, Microsoft Project and Advanced Excel skills
• Commercial experience with variations and claims for delay
• Exposure to earned value management and reporting
• Experience in resource loading and man hour collation
• Experience in the use of 4D Planning desirable, but not essential
• Ability to write routine reports, basis of program reports, identify program risks and correspondence.
• Ability to problem solve and research innovative ways to reduce costs through efficient programming
