The Role

We’re looking for a Structural Draftsperson to join our Community Development team in Maroochydore. You’ll deliver structural design services across urban development, land subdivisions, master planned communities, and infrastructure projects throughout Southeast Queensland.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings and designs using REVIT and AutoCAD
• Deliver accurate documentation aligned with company standards
• Support project delivery with high-quality technical output
• Develop plans, specs, estimates, and layouts
• Assist with project scheduling and resource planning
• Support Project Managers and mentor junior staff
