Responsibilities
Working at Hutcheon and Pearce you will find yourself working on a variety of Agricultural Machinery both large and small, with changing seasons bringing different needs in the agricultural space you will often find yourself taking on new challenges and learnings.
Perform service, repairs and maintenance of all machinery and equipment (both in the workshop and on client farms).Diagnose and interpret machine faults to get our customers back up and running.Manage and maintain service records for machinery.Provide technical advice and support to customers and other service technicians.
The Ideal Candidate
Relevant trade qualifications : Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HV Diesel Mechanics), Agricultural Mechanical Technology, Mobile Plant Technology, Automotive Manufacturing, Fitter / Turner or other relevant experience and qualifications.Current and valid driver's licenceOrganised with great attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyStrong teamwork and communication skills
