Desired Skills and Experience Previous experience in aged care is essential. Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support / Health Service Assistance is essential. An understanding of dementia and mental health. An outgoing and friendly personality. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Ability to work in high-pressure situations. The skills to be adaptable to suit the needs of the residents. A current National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months) and a visa with working rights in Australia (if required) are essential for this role. This is an expression of interest application.
