Key Responsibilities : Greet visitors, clients, and staff; manage check-in processes for visitors and contractors. Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering, event logistics, and support executive and board activities. Manage office supplies, restock kitchens, and oversee equipment maintenance. Handle invoices, process service requests, and log maintenance or technical needs. Ensure safety compliance, manage security passes, and support ergonomic and safety initiatives. What You Will Bring : Proven experience in front-of-house, reception, or concierge roles, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong customer service skills and professional interaction with clients and stakeholders. Basic knowledge of workplace technologies, office equipment, and security systems.
