Qualified Fitter And Turner

• QUALIFIED Fitter and Turner
• to join their team. This is a
• permanent role
• that will give you the opportunity to have a long-term career with a leading engineering company that has plenty of variety in its work.

You will be constructing, installing, and maintaining plant and machinery, undertaking various minor and major repairs to boat equipment and parts, designing, and modifying existing products, commissioning boat equipment in accordance with customer requests, turning raw castings in both CNC and manual lathes and mills, boring and drilling holes in skegs and more.

• ABOUT YOU
• 2+ years' experience in a similar role
• Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering / in a relative field
• Competent at reading and drafting plans is desirable
• Experience with CAD / CAM
• Manual CNC Lathe / Mill experience
• Welding experience beneficial
• Marine knowledge would be desirable but is not required
• Forklift licence
• Successfully pass a pre-employment medical
