Operations Administrator

Wesco Anixter have an outstanding career opportunity for a highly motivated and hands-on Warehouse Administrator  supporting our warehouse. This role is based from our Tullamarine branch.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a full-time administrator to assist our Tullamarine warehouse, and contribute to the functioning of our National Distribution Centre. This opportunity requires someone who is willing to work within a team committed to providing an outstanding service to our customers and has the potential for career growth within the CSD team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Working closely with the warehouse team
• Completing all administrative tasks surrounding Warehouse Operation
• Generating reports using our Internal software package, Pronto, and Excel
• Assisting with our 'Major Order Process', including checking Picking Slips, stock levels and ETA's
• Organising and submitting forms to relevant departments
• Data entry
• Organising and booking couriers
• Communicating via phone and email with CSD staff
• Work closely with interstate teams to ensure a high level of service
