- Network and Telecommunication Planner
- to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining, and optimizing our clients' network and system infrastructure.

- Key Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing faults in communication systems.
- Support the configuration and integration of network and telecommunications technology, including hardware, software, peripherals, databases, and operating systems.
- Help develop and maintain documentation of communication systems, including policies, procedures, guidelines, regulations, quality standards, inventories, and logs.
- Monitor network performance and assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational network issues.
- Participate in the planning and development of network infrastructure to support reliable and scalable system performance
- Communication with vendors, service providers, and external IT support teams to ensure contractual performance and service delivery are met.
- Contribute to optimising, testing, and upgrading network systems and hardware / software environments.
- Assist in monitoring network traffic, activity, capacity, and usage to help maintain network security and ensure the network runs efficiently.
- Requirements
- Advanced Diploma in Information Technology or above in a related field
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is highly desirable.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications in ICT / Networking is preferred.
