• Network and Telecommunication Planner
• to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining, and optimizing our clients' network and system infrastructure.

• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in installing, maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing faults in communication systems.
• Support the configuration and integration of network and telecommunications technology, including hardware, software, peripherals, databases, and operating systems.
• Help develop and maintain documentation of communication systems, including policies, procedures, guidelines, regulations, quality standards, inventories, and logs.
• Monitor network performance and assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational network issues.
• Participate in the planning and development of network infrastructure to support reliable and scalable system performance
• Communication with vendors, service providers, and external IT support teams to ensure contractual performance and service delivery are met.
• Contribute to optimising, testing, and upgrading network systems and hardware / software environments.
• Assist in monitoring network traffic, activity, capacity, and usage to help maintain network security and ensure the network runs efficiently.
• Requirements
• Advanced Diploma in Information Technology or above in a related field
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is highly desirable.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications in ICT / Networking is preferred.
