Your ImpactOwn, maintain and manage the Long Term Production Plan across the Asahi network inclusive of Rough Cut Capacity Planning, Resource Planning and Production Planning over an 18 month horizon. Lead / Facilitate cross-functional working groups to resolve strategic Demand-Supply imbalances resulting in the best financial outcome for the business.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify Demand-Supply imbalances, provide insights, alternatives and recommendations for approval and manage execution of decisions via S&OP process
- Lead / Facilitate cross-functional working group meetings to resolve strategic Demand-Supply imbalances via IBP process
- Responsible for Scenario Modelling alternative solutions to strategic supply gaps
- Accountable for maintaining inventory levels within set targets as per inventory policy
- Maintain a close relationship with Demand and Operations teams to ensure activities effecting supply are understood, planned for and communicated in a timely manner
- Develop and communicate an end to end understanding of Operations and Supply to assist in identifying or foreseeing upcoming issues and address with relevant cross functional teams
- About You
- Tertiary Qualification - Logistics / Business Degree or appropriate business experience
- APICS membership or Equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an inventory or production related role in an FMCG environment
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office suite preferred.
