Our client the ARC, Campbelltown, is eager to appoint experienced and qualified Duty Managers to assist in the smooth running of the centre. This high-profile facility provides state of the art aquatic, fitness, sports, cafe, function and crèche facilities.

This integral role is a casual position. Key responsibilities include :

You will have strong aquatic experience or experience managing multi departments in a similar field, excellent problem solving and communication skills, enjoy routine and being organised, have effective conflict resolution skills, can show initiative and have all the required qualifications to work within this environment.

Qualifications include :

The centre operates 7 days per week from 5.00am until 10pm so being flexibility with your availability during the week and weekends is desirable.
