Supporting the Head of Asgard Operations within BT Financial Group, as the Team Assistant you will provide high quality administrative and operational support to management and teams through the organisation of operational activities, including personnel administration, diary management, and stationery and supply requisitions in a cost effective and efficient manner. You will also undertake basic financial management through the entering, monitoring and reporting of expenses and investigation of anomalies, and coordinate and communicate business initiatives, issues and general correspondence to the team.

To be successful in this role, you will have some experience as a Team Assistant or in a similar role within a large corporate environment. You will be flexible and adapt quickly to the fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and have a proactive working style. You will also be confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the business, both staff and clients.
