Job descriptionSecurity Systems Application Support person to work within their team. Security system design Implementation and support with various software packages Provide remote and on-site assistance with programming and commissioning activities. Provide remote support to customers through Help desk ticketing systems Develop and deploy systems architecture documentation Requirements You will come from a background in - ICT, Applications Support, Help Desk or network systems field A strong customer focus Competent with fault finding and commissioning Ability to providing training and support to end users Proven experience across Cisco, Dell, Stratus technologies and Virtual environments
