Position OverviewWe are seeking a Sonographer to join the Radiology Team at Lithgow Hospital. The role involves providing high-quality, patient-focused ultrasound imaging, adhering to professional standards, and participating in protocol development and CPD activities. Supervision and mentoring of trainees and undergraduates are also key responsibilities.

Candidate RequirementsDegree in Medical Radiation Science and registration with AHPRACurrent NSW EPA Radiation Licence and ASAR RegistrationPostgraduate Diploma in Medical Diagnostic UltrasoundProven expertise in ultrasound, including MSK, Vascular, and General ultrasoundSupervisory, instructional, and mentoring skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and in teamsEmployment of temporary visa holders is only considered if no suitable Australian residents or citizens are available and must comply with visa conditions.
