Kent is specifically seeking applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates to join our high performing team on Shell's QGC team as a Trade Assistant! This role will see you working in the Surat Basin, Queensland and is available to residents of the local area or residing in Brisbane. This work is on a family friendly roster of 15 days on, 13 days off, working 10 hours per day!

Responsibilities :

Assisting Mechanical & Electrical trades and Supervisors in Brownfields projects withmechanical systems and plant / equipment safely and effectively as directed by Project Construction SupervisorSorting & issuing of Project MaterialsTransporting MaterialsForklift operationsUse of hand and power toolsAbide by company policy in relation to HR, SP, HSSE, framework, policies

procedures. And participate in relevant trainingAdvocating Goal Zero About You :

Our ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience as a Trade Assistant or similar site-based role, with a current driver's licence essential and a forklift high-risk licence viewed favourably. This practical background will support effective on-site operations and safe equipment handling.
