- The Role
We are seeking a passionate and hands on
People and Culture Managerto lead our P&C activities in the areas of HR, training and engagement. This role is supported by 4 exceptional team members and sits as part of the Senior Leadership Team.As the People and Culture Manager you will play an integral role in partnering with our 4 business units, delivering support in the following areas :
Provide IR / ER solutions and advice that comply with legislation and best practiceLead the people strategy and delivery of key people initiatives including recruitment, training and engagement programsOversight of CV's people management including advice on all grievance and performance mattersBuild and promote a team environment focused on working collaboratively and delivering expected outcomes to the businessProvide HR coaching, advice and mentoring to the P&C team and managersPerksAllocated car parkOn-site gymProfessional development opportunities, including external coaching and attending annual strategic planning daysEmployee wellbeing / rewards benefitsA Bit About You5+ years experience in a senior HR roleTertiary qualification in Human ResourcesExtensive IR experience, including a working knowledge of the IR framework and other employment legislationExperience leading a small team of HR professionalsAbility to confidently provide strategic advice and solutions at all levelsPrevious experience in the construction industry highly regardedExcellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levelsAbout CVEstablished in the early 1980s, CV has grown into a diversified trades services business delivering tailored solutions across the electrical, infrastructure, signage, building, plumbing, HVAC and fire services sectors.
