We pride ourselves on attention to detail, professionalism, and a supportive work environment. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our aged care team. This role primarily involves working with our Iris robot to check medication sachets and de-blistering medications to assist with packing. If you're someone who excels at following instructions and takes pride in performing precise, structured tasks, we'd love to hear from you. Pay rate is based on the Pharmacy Award. Key Responsibilities Operate the Iris robot, which verifies medication sachets accurately and efficiently. De-blister and prepare medications that are then used to prepare medication sachets. Adhere to strict guidelines and instructions for medication handling. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and meet daily task goals. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, focusing on accuracy and safety. Key Qualities Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks. Strong ability to follow instructions without constant supervision. Comfort in working independently while supporting the team's overall goals. Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to quality and consistency. Requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Capacity to handle medications carefully and responsibly.
