As part of the corporate services team, you will be the right-hand person to the Managing Director - he's very busy and a self-professed perfectionist!
Sothis role is integral to the running of the organisation and suited to a highly motivated individual who can handle complexity, multiple priorities and who can remain calm in times of high stress.
To break it down, you will be adept at supporting :
You will work alongside our Corporate Services Management team so that you're able to focus on supporting higher level commitments, and supporting our Director, rather than getting caught in the running of the day-to-day office tasks.
We are looking for a self-motivated, positive person who doesn't mind getting their hands a little dirty!
You would describe yourself as someone with advanced communication / writing skills who is able to see the bigger picture.
You are innovative and able to pre-empt needs or issues before they arise!
You are tech savvy and have an interest in learning.
You have demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work independently on multiple projects with mínimal supervision.
You are solution focused and your skill set includes a sound working knowledge of typical office, creative and digital software.
You're also comfortable with being placed in the spotlight and have at least two years' experience in higher level administration.

This position is full-time and based from our Leeming office (part time employment will also be considered). You will be required to provide a current Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening check and proof of Covid-19 vaccination or approved medical exemption. A Drivers Licence is preferred.
