Our client is sourcing for a confident, passionate and energetic retail leader to manage a 11 store portfolio in WA Southern Region. You will have a high success rate in developing people, leading team engagement, results focused, operational excellence and focused on delivering excellent customer service in the fast moving retail sector of homewares.

- Oversee a portfolio of 11 sites - Southern and South West region
- Encourage and inspire a high performance culture within your area
- Develop, coach and empower store managers
- Lead from the front with customer experience

- Recruitment, training and succession planning
- Achieve profitability through execution of consistent store standards
- Outstanding store presentation and creative visual appeal
