Our client is sourcing for a confident, passionate and energetic retail leader to manage a 11 store portfolio in WA Southern Region. You will have a high success rate in developing people, leading team engagement, results focused, operational excellence and focused on delivering excellent customer service in the fast moving retail sector of homewares.

• The Job Role
• Oversee a portfolio of 11 sites - Southern and South West region
• Encourage and inspire a high performance culture within your area
• Develop, coach and empower store managers
• Lead from the front with customer experience
• Embrace change and be solution focused on a daily basis
• Recruitment, training and succession planning
• Achieve profitability through execution of consistent store standards
• Outstanding store presentation and creative visual appeal
• Control expenses including rosters to exceed profit goals
