Role Overview

At  Aptella , we believe that innovation thrives when it’s driven by diverse perspectives. We’re currently looking for a  Field Service Technician  to join our team in  Archerfield  on a  full-time, permanent  basis.

Reporting to the Field Service Manager, this role offers a great mix of hands-on technical work and customer engagement. You’ll play a key part in installing and supporting Machine Control Systems and site solutions, including 2D / 3D automation, machine payload weighing, and machine safety systems. While most of your work will be completed onsite, there may be times when you provide remote or phone-based support as well.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Install machine control systems and equipment (onsite and in the workshop)
• Calibrate and commission machine systems and attachments
• Diagnose issues and provide technical support and troubleshooting
• Service and maintain systems to ensure peak performance
• Train customers to get the most out of their equipment
