Job Overview :

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving business transformation through cutting-edge ERP systems? We're seeking a dynamic Deployment Lead to spearhead our ERP business transformation program across multiple country entities. In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient deployment, maximizing adoption and minimizing disruption. Your mission : to deliver successful implementation and create a seamless transition for each business unit.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with the Change Director, Test Director, and key stakeholders to ensure all preparations are in place for deployment, including training plans and support processes.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive deployment plan for the Genesis program, covering timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Collaborate with the Systems Integration (SI) Partner and external vendors for alignment and integration of deployment activities.
• Work closely with the Genesis Program Core Team, including the Program Director and Project Managers, to align deployment activities.
• Lead the deployment team, comprising Deployment Managers, Technical Leads, and Support Specialists, to provide end-user support and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and report on deployment progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks.
• Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes innovation and team morale.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and security requirements.
