Barista / Café All-Rounder

• Role Description

This is a casual on-site role for a Barista / Cafe Allrounder at Hungry Man's Cafe located in Adelaide, SA. The Barista / Cafe Allrounder will be responsible for interpersonal interactions, coffee-making (Barista skills), effective communication, customer service, and food preparation.

• What You'll Be Doing
• Crafting high-quality espresso coffee and milk-based beverages
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and build great relationships with customers
• Assisting with basic food prep or cold display when required
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area
• Helping with opening / closing duties as needed
• What We're Looking For
• Experience as a barista preferred
• Friendly, approachable and great with regulars
• Punctual and dependable
• Able to work independently and handle busy morning rushes
• Confidence with espresso machines and latte art is a plus
• RSA or basic food handling knowledge is a bonus
