We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming environment for both our customers and our team. We're Seeking An energetic and friendly All-Rounder who can handle a variety of tasks with a smile. If you can make a good coffee, serve up tasty dishes, and create a positive experience for our customers, all while contributing to a meaningful cause, we want to hear from you! All-Rounder Responsibilities and Duties Preparing and serving quality coffee Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest feels welcome. Assisting in daily café operations, including cash handling and maintaining a clean environment. Supporting the kitchen team during busy periods. Engaging with customers about our social enterprise mission. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture. What We're Looking For Experience working in a café or similar environment. Ability to make quality coffee and handle basic food preparation. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure. Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the café. Passion for community engagement and social impact. Job Types Full-time, Part-time, Casual Experience Kitchen : 1 year (preferred) Australia (preferred)
