We are seeking an additional HR Officer for our road transport business.
The role involves :
- Weekly payroll processing, inc. cross checks and reconciliation
- New starter and onboarding process for new starters (including letter of offer and employment packs)
- Payroll adjustments, changes and corrections when required
- HR general letters, warning and corrective actions
- Support Managers in determining correct HR Processes are recommended
- Document control and record maintenance
- Recruitment support - including ad placement
- Workers compensation reporting
