Specializing in delivering high-speed, low-latency network services to industries operating in remote and challenging environments, including mining, agriculture, maritime, and emergency services.

We are looking for a Level 2 Network Engineer to join our team and support our cutting-edge satellite and network infrastructure.

Role Overview :

As a Level 2 Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing the clients network and satellite connectivity solutions. You will play a key role in supporting our customers by resolving technical issues, improving network performance, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide Level 2 technical support for network and satellite connectivity issues.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and satellite communication systems.Monitor network performance and escalate complex issues to Level 3 engineers or vendors as required.Assist in deploying and maintaining network infrastructure, including LEO and GEO satellite systems, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks.Configure and manage networking hardware from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Mikrotik.Support network security by implementing best practices and working with firewalls and intrusion detection systems.Document issues, solutions, and best practices to enhance internal knowledge sharing.Collaborate with internal teams and customers to optimize system performance and reliability.Requirements :

2-4 years of experience in network engineering, IT support, or telecommunications.Strong understanding of TCP / IP, VLANs, VPNs, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.Experience with satellite communication networks, WAN, Antennas, and cloud-based networking is highly desirable.Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or equivalent (preferred but not required).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-availability environment supporting mission-critical connectivity solutions.Why Join?
